SimpliTalented CRM provides tools for tracking investor relationships, managing fundraising pipelines, generating pitch deck drafts, discovering potential investor matches, and syncing calendar events. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

3. Account Registration and Security

You may sign in using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data in an abusive or unauthorized manner.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any data, contacts, pitch deck content, and other materials you submit to the Service (“User Content”). You grant SimpliTalented CRM a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate pitch deck drafts, investor match suggestions, and other content. AI-generated outputs are provided as a starting point and should be reviewed, edited, and verified before use. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific purpose.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Google Sheets. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or actions of third-party providers.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimpliTalented CRM and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
